- Heat pan add boiled kabulichana, add chopped ginger, green chilli, add chopped onions, add chopped tomatoes, add red chilli powder, amchurpowder, garam masala powder, dhania jeera powder, add chole masala, and add salt, and add 2-tbsp add hot ghee, and cook for 5-10minites.last add 1/2-tbsp kasuri mathi and mix well. - Stuffing :Heat a pan add 1-tbsp ghee, hing add chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, add raisins, add 1-tbsp boiled kabulichana, add krunchy chanadal, add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, add chat masala and add 1-tbsp water. and mix well. Stuffing is ready..
