Ingredients of Phool Makhane Kheer
- You need 1 litre of milk.
- Prepare of Sugar to taste.
- Prepare 250 gms of makhane.
- It's 1 tbsp of Ghee.
- It's of Dry fruits for garnish.
Phool Makhane Kheer step by step
- Grind the phool makhane coarsely and roast it in a tbspn of ghee (you can either grind them after roasting or before.....not fine keep them coarse) - now add milk to the grinded makhane and let it boil - add sugar - simmer till it is reduced and keep cooking till you get your desired consistency - add the dry fruits (I have added sliced almonds).
