- Take abig utensil add 6cup of water add bay leaf,,2.green cardmom,2cloves,black peppercorn,1inch cinnemon stick,fennel seed boil it, now add rice and salt stir it after 4-5 min or 3/4 done rice strain the rice. Wit help of seive. And wash with cold water to stop cooking in rice.now tke out 1cup of rice and mix colour..
