- Layer rice on veggies next layer of veggies again spread of rice on the top spread colour rice..
- Cover &seal (with wheat flour dough)the lid for 5-7mnts in summer flame..
- After a few minutes break the seal & open the lid.
- Burn coal put it in bowl arrange in biryani pan pour 1/4tsp ghee & cover the lid for few seconds..
- Open the lid Smoky flavour spread in biryani..
- Sprinkle fried onion Julienne serve with raita & papad..
