- Baby Potato.
- Boil Baby potato.
- Pierce than with fork.
- Add in pan Star anise, big Cardamom, cloves, Cinnamon, bay leaf, Black pepper, dry kashmiri Red chilli, coriander, saunf, jeera, shahi jeera....all ingredients Roast in 3 minutes on low flame.
- Let than cool and than grind in to fine powder.
- In a pan add oil. Fry potato till they get golden brown.
- Add fresh curd.
- Add dry masala which we made.
- Mix well.
- Now add water.
- Now add oil in pen & add ginger & Garlic paste(fry for 1 min).
- Then add Hing, Haldi powder & red chilli powders.
- Add litter water.
- Now add curd mixture.
- Mix properly and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add potato and water. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
- Garnish with Coriander.
