  1. It's 3 of medium mangoes(have used banginapalli).
  2. You need 1 of milkmaid tin.
  3. Prepare 450 gms of fresh cream.
  4. Prepare of Few strands of Saffron.

  1. Peel mangoes and make puree. Sieve puree so that it's completely soft.
  2. Blend the fresh cream till it becomes lil thick. Add milkmaid while blending..
  3. Add the above mixture to the mango puree. slowly mix it using a spatula.
  4. Soak few saffron strands in two spoons of milk and add it to the mixture.
  5. Transfer the content into a box to freeze..
  6. Keep it in the freezer and blend it again after five hours twice or thrice so that icecream will be soft..
  7. Ice cream will be ready the next day. Enjoy.
