- It's 3 of medium mangoes(have used banginapalli).
- You need 1 of milkmaid tin.
- Prepare 450 gms of fresh cream.
- Prepare of Few strands of Saffron.

- Peel mangoes and make puree. Sieve puree so that it's completely soft.
- Blend the fresh cream till it becomes lil thick. Add milkmaid while blending..
- Add the above mixture to the mango puree. slowly mix it using a spatula.
- Soak few saffron strands in two spoons of milk and add it to the mixture.
- Transfer the content into a box to freeze..
- Keep it in the freezer and blend it again after five hours twice or thrice so that icecream will be soft..
