  1. For Rasam :-chopped pineapple and add in a dal. Add water. Now for tadka:-Heat ghee crushed garlic Cumin seeds chopped pineapple grated coconut ginger rasam powder turmeric powder ndry chilli and red chilli powder cinemmon stick curry leaves saute for a min. Add 1-2tbspwater and add in a dal mixture cover and cook for 5-10min.on slow flame. Pineapple rasam is ready.
  2. For Uttapam:-First mix onion pavbhaji masala tomato corrienderin a bowl. take batter in a bowl add salt eno and 1tsp water mix well. And make small uttapa. Spread masala mixture drizzle oil and butter turn both side. And serve..
  3. For Appam:-Add fruitsalt chilli paste and salt in a batter and make appam sprinkle Sambhar masala and serve hot with rasam..
