Festival Special Mava Gujiya instructions
- Take a bowl and add maida, Suji and ghee and mix well and prepare semi-soft dough..
- Cover dough with wet cloth..
- Take a pan and ghee. Now add suji and roast 2 mins on low flame. Now add mava roast 2 to 3 mins after 2 mins off the flame and cool completely..
- Now add sugar powder and mix well. Now add coconut powder and all dry fruits and mix well..
- Stuffing is ready..
- Take a pan and add sugar & water then make sugar syrup. (After sugar melt and cook 8 min on low flame).
- Sugar syrup is ready. Now add lemon juice. Cut 14 to 15 equal pieces from dough..
- Take 1 portion and make puri..
- Take a mould and make gujiya.
- Ready all gujiya..
- Take a kadai and heat the ghee. Fry gujiya on low flame till golden brown colour..
- Put Gujhiya in the syrup and leave it for 2 minutes, then turn it over and let it remain submerged for 2 minutes..
- Remove from sugar syrup & garnish with chopped pista & badam..
- Ready delicious gujiya..
