- You need 1 of pine apple.
- You need 3 tbsp of sugar.
- You need 100 gram of khoya.
- Prepare 3/4 of vanila cup cakes(sanabil).
- It's 5 tbsp of ghee.
- You need as needed of Almond flakes for garnishing.
Pineapple halwa instructions
- Peel pine apple and chop in a chopper.
- Now cook it for 20/30 mins on low flame with it's own juice.
- When done add sugar and cook for 10 mins...
- Heat ghee add khoya saute add crushed vanila cake saute and add this to the cooked pineapple.
- Cook for another 5 to 10 mins or untill it leaves the corners..garnish with almond flakes.
