Ingredients of Pink Rasgulla

  1. You need 1ltr of Full fat milk....
  2. You need 3spn of Vineger....
  3. Prepare 2cup of Sugar....
  4. You need 2cup of Sugar.
  5. You need 5cup of Water.....
  6. Prepare 1 of Cardamom.

Pink Rasgulla step by step

  1. Boil 1 ltr milk & when it starts to bubble switch off the gas..
  2. After 5 mins add vinegar & make paneer from it..
  3. Wash the paneer properly to avoid the sour taste of vinegar..
  4. Take a muslin cloth, squeeze out the water & hang it for 15 mins..
  5. After that add a pinch of red food colour or beetroot juice with paneer & make any shape..
  6. Put the paneer in a maslin cloth & hang it for 15 mins.Dont make the paneer too much dry..
  7. Boil 2 cup sugar with 5 cup water..
  8. Let the syrup boil & add rasgullas one after another gently..
  9. Boil it in high flame for 12 mins with lid..
  10. Boil another 10 mins in medium flame..
  11. Switch off the gas & serve it hot ya cool as per your choice..
