- You need 1ltr of Full fat milk....
- You need 3spn of Vineger....
- Prepare 2cup of Sugar....
- You need 2cup of Sugar.
- You need 5cup of Water.....
- Prepare 1 of Cardamom.
Pink Rasgulla step by step
- Boil 1 ltr milk & when it starts to bubble switch off the gas..
- After 5 mins add vinegar & make paneer from it..
- Wash the paneer properly to avoid the sour taste of vinegar..
- Take a muslin cloth, squeeze out the water & hang it for 15 mins..
- After that add a pinch of red food colour or beetroot juice with paneer & make any shape..
- Put the paneer in a maslin cloth & hang it for 15 mins.Dont make the paneer too much dry..
- Boil 2 cup sugar with 5 cup water..
- Let the syrup boil & add rasgullas one after another gently..
- Boil it in high flame for 12 mins with lid..
- Boil another 10 mins in medium flame..
- Switch off the gas & serve it hot ya cool as per your choice..
