- For stuffing mix cheese onion capsicum salt blackpapper in a bowl keep aside.
- Mix salt to taste in boiled potatoes mash it properly.
- Take small portion of potato mixture make a cavity at the centre put some cheese filling and roll again and make a ball.
- Take gram flour spinach pury in a bowl.
- Mix salt and water in it and make batter.
- Dip potato balls in this batter and deep fry in hot oil.
- Kofta is ready keep aside.
- Gring tomatoes cashews green chilli and make a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Add tomato paste in it and cook.
- Add salt and mentioned spices in it and cook till oil saperates.
- Add 1/4cup of water and mix well and cook.
- Add cream and sugar mix well cook for a minute switch off the flame.
