- Mix ghee in flour and rub with hand to attain bread crumbs texture..
- Then add little water at a time to knead a soft dough..

- Let mawa cool..
- Then add powdered sugar, Cardamom powder and dry roasted dry fruits..

- Heat oil or ghee on a deep karahi..
- Fry it on medium heat..
