- It's 1 liter of milk.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- Prepare 2 1/4 cup of Water.
- It's 2 of tspn Lemon juice.
- It's of Khush Syrup half cup.

- In a thick heavy bottomed pan add 1 litre milk. furthermore, stir occasionally and get to a boil.additionally, add lemon juice and stir well..
- Pour a cup of water and clean the paneer as it has lemon juice in it.furthermore, bring it together and squeeze off excess water.Immediately drain the curdled milk into the hand kerchief.
- Hang for 30 -35 minutes or till all the water drains off completely.
- After 35 minutes start to knead the paneer.knead paneer till it turns out smooth without any grain.
- Make small balls of paneer and keep aside..
- For sugar syrup recipe: *In a deep vessel take 1½ cup of sugar nd add 2 1/4 cup of water and stir well..
- Add the sugar nd water to a wild pan nd bring in to boil.. drop the prepared paneer balls into boiling sugar syrup.cover and boil for 15 minutes. the paneer balls will have doubled in size..
- After the gas off, add the Khush syrup to the Rasgulla and keep it aside for one hour so that the Khush flavours come in. Put it in a fridge.
- Serve rasgulla chilled or at roomtemperature garnished with Silver Varakh.
