Pineapple biryani very authentic flavor step by step

  1. Now take a thick bottomed pan add rice,curd,2star flowers, 2bay leaf, green cardamom, some salt as required water now turn on the flame and cover and cook for 10 min on lower flame. Cook it up to 80% only.
  2. Now heat the wok then add 2 tbs pure ghee, 2tbs butter then add bay leaf, cumin, green cardamom, black cardamom,dry red chilli saute till you get a nice aroma.
  3. Then add onion, saute it till it becomes tender, now add cauliflower florets, saute till it becomes golden brown colour, then add paneer. Stir for few minutes on medium flame.
  4. Now add green capsicum, green peas, biryani masala, slit green chilli, cinnamon powder, pineapple mint leaves,roasted cashew nut, salt to taste, mix it properly, cook for 5 to 8 min on low flame.
  5. Now spread evenly cooked rice and then pour pineapple juice, again pour 2tbs puree.
  6. Now take saffron mix milk, add pinch of orange food colour. Mix it well and pour the biryani. Now cover and cook for 5 to 8 min on low flame.
  7. Now reduce the flame and serve hot.
