- Take milk boil it..once it's boiled,off the gas and add lemon juice or vinegar the water part will be separate from the milk,take a cotton cloth drain the milk and wash the white part with water so that the taste and smell of lemon goes out completely..and squeeze the remaining white part in cotton cloth and rest it for 15 mins than remove that into one vessel and Knead it very well till everything gets mixed up completely, make small balls and press it frm between to give a round shape..
- Take water add sugar and let it boil...once it cums to boiling,make the flame high and put the balls one by one and close the lid (flame should be high)cook till 5 to 10 mins..till the balls are double in size..than keep aside till it comes to the room temperature.
- Take 3 to 4 cups of milk boil it add saffron, cardamom powder,condensed milk and boil till it becomes little bit thicker once it's done keep aside till it comes to the room temperature,the balls which we kept aside squeeze the water frm it and slowly keep in milk so that now it will absorb milk..remove it in a serving plate and garnish with crushed almonds and pistachio.
