- Take 1/4 cup of mixture and form into ball, flatten to form a disc..
- Arrange on a tray and bake on each side for 30 mins each until cooked..
- With the remaining beet root, I cut them into sticks and fried them as well. They did not become crunchy however, l will try baking them next time..
