Ingredients of Mutton Korma
- You need 600 grams of mutton with bones.
- You need 3 medium of onions sliced.
- Prepare 1big of tomato chopped or purried.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of dahi or yoghurt or curd.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need handful of coriander mint leaves chopped.
- It's 1 stick of cinnamon.
- It's 2 of cloves.
- It's 2 of cardomons.
- Prepare 4 of pepper corns.
- It's 1 tsp full of red chilli powder.
- It's 2 tsp full of coriander powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp full of turmeric.
- It's 1/2 tsp full of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp full of garam masala powder.
Mutton Korma instructions
- Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste red chilli turmeric coriander cumin powder and salt add chopped coriander mint leaves and chopped or pureed tomato mix well set aside 1 or 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a vessel or pressure cooker fry onions till brown...then drain remove and fine crush in mixer grinder and set aside.
- In same oil add clove cardamom cinnamon pepper corns once they splutter well add marinated mutton mix well cover and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes till oil oozes out.
- Then add fried and crushed onions mix cover and simmer till mutton is tender or you can pressure cook the mutton add water if preparation is too dry to avoid it from sticking to bottom.
