- Prepare 1 Bowl of Wheat Flour.
- It's 1 of Carrot Grated.
- Prepare 1 of Reddish Grated.

- Bind dough. Keep aside for 10 min. Knead again..
- Now roll 2 big chapatis. On 1 chapati apply ghee. Put carrot on above part. Reddish in between and spinach with green chillies and coriander leaves in the end. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and carom seeds..
- Cover this chapati with 2nd chapati and seal the ends by folding all round..
- Heat a tawa. Apply ghee. And fry this paratha on medium flame from both sides..
