- You need 1 tbsp of cardamom powder.

- In mixing bowl add maida and ghee. Rub together to crumbs mixture. Add water and bind to stiff dough..
- In nonstick kadhai add khoya and saute for 5 minutes on slow flame. Cool the mixture..
- Add sugar powder and chopped dryfruits, raisins, cardamom powder and saffron strands. Mix well. Take one tbsp from khoya- dryfruits mixture and make tiny 12-14 muthiyas (as shown in fig).
- Divide the dough into equal 12-14 portion. Roll out into thin round puris. Brush the edges of roll Puri with water. Place each prepared khoya- dryfruits muthiya as shown in center. Fold in half,seal the edges and make the design with pinch and fold method(design for gujiya)..
- Similarly prepared all gujiyas. Preheat Airfryer for 5 mins at 180 temperature. Brush prepared gujiya with ghee, arrange them in Airfryer. Air fry them at 180 temperature for 12 mins or till golden brown (in between flip them)..
