- You need of For tempering--(mustard,cumin,hing,green/red chilli).
- Prepare of turmeric powder.
- You need of Curry leaves,finely chopped coriander leaves.
- It's of toor dal.
- You need of Tamarind pulp.
- You need of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare of Drumsticks.
- It's of Tomatoes.
- Prepare of Califlower.
- It's of Sweet corn.
- It's of Others veggies like lady"s finger,radish, onions,brinjal.
- It's of Coriander powder and pepper powder.
- Prepare of Sambar masala.
- Prepare of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Salt.

Andhra Sambar step by step
- Take a bowl. Add some oil and add ingredients for tempering, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste..
- Saute all the veggies, add little turmeric and close the lid. After some add little water and keep it on stove until all Veggies are cooked well..
- Add dal and tamarind pulp into the cooked veggies and wait till it get one boil..
- Now add salt,1 tbsp chilli powder,1/2 tsp pepper powder,1tbsp coriander powder,1 1/2 tbsp sambar powder. Mix it well and finally add finely chopped coriander leaves..
- Andhra style sambar is ready to serve. You can have it with hot steam rice or dosa..
