- You need 250 gms of maida.
- You need 70 gms of ghee.
- You need 200 grams of Khoya.
- It's 1/2 cup of chopped dryfruits.
- Prepare 1 tsp of green cadamom powder.
- You need 50 gms of sugar.
- You need Some of Oil for frying.
Khoya Gujiya instructions
- Take a bowl add maida,salt and warm ghee. Crumbled the maida nicely.Add lukewarm water to makes dough.Cover it and rest it for 10 mints.
- Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp ghee,add all dryfruits stir 1 mints,than add khoya,green cadamom powder and sugar mix it well..
- Take a ball size from dough roll it as round shape stuff the khoya mixture fold it and shape it as your choice.Deep fry the Gujiya on low flame..
- Khoya Gujiya is ready.Preserve it on a air tight container for 4-5 days..
