  1. You need 1 kg of mutton clean & washed.
  2. You need 2 cups of curd.
  3. You need 1 box of tomato puree.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of brown onion paste.
  5. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  6. You need 3-4 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of haldi powder.
  8. It's 3 tsp of Dhaniya powder.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of garam masala powder.
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  11. Prepare 1 cup of chopped mint coriander leaves.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of kasoori methi powder.
  13. You need 2-3 tbsp of fresh cream.

Mutton Korma step by step

  1. In a pressure cooker add the mutton pieces, salt, 1 tspn haldi, 1 tspn ginger-garlic paste, 1 tspn dhaniya powder, 1 tspn garam masala powder & 3-4 cups water. Cook til 5-6 whistles or until mutton is tender & cooked..
  2. Blend together curd, tomato puree, fresh cream, onion paste until smooth..
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai/big vessel. Add bay leaves & let it splutter. Add the remaining ginger garlic paste, masalas & cook for few seconds. Add the tomato curd paste & 3-4 tbsp water. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until oil floats on top..
  4. Add the boiled mutton to the simmering gravy. Mix well & cover with lid. Let it cook for few more minutes. Add kasoori methi, Mint coriander leaves & ghee. Turn off the flame..
  5. Serve hot with bread,naan or steamed rice..
