  1. It's 1 kg of Mutton from ran.
  2. You need 50 gms of Mutton fat.
  3. It's 50 gms of papaya paste.

  6. It's 1/4 cup of Corriender chopped.
  7. You need 2 of med sliced onion - deep fried.

  15. You need 8 tsp of roasted dhaniya powder.
  16. You need 2 tsp of roasted jeera powder.
  17. It's 2 tsp of haldi powder.
  18. Prepare 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  19. You need 1 tsp of kashmiri lal mirch.
  20. You need 2 tsp of garam masala.

  23. You need 1/4 of crushed jaifal.
  24. You need 1 tsp of kewra water.

Mutton Korma instructions

  1. In a deep kadhai or handi put ghee, add ginger garlic paste, onion paste, papaya paste, whole spices, powdered masala, 1 tb spoon salt and yogurt. Add mutton peices Mix them well and keep for resting for 2 hours..
  2. Now keep the handi on med gas and cook for 20 mins with lid on. In between stir..
  3. Than add crushed brown onions and mix well. Cook for 3 mins..
  4. Than add 6 cups water and keep the flame on low heat. Let the water warm up and than cover the lid. Cook the meat for 20 mins in low flame with lid on. Check the mutton after 20 mins. Than add a strange of maize and some crushed jaifal. And cook for 15 mins in low flame..
  5. Open lid add 1 tsp kewra water. Mix it and cook for 2 mins..
  6. Serve with roti, nan, paratha..
