Ingredients of Mutton Korma

  1. Prepare 1 kg of boneless mutton.
  2. It's 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
  3. It's to taste of Salt.
  4. You need 2 tsp of haldi powder.
  5. It's 2 tsp of dhaniya powder.
  6. Prepare 2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  7. It's 1 box of tomato puree.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of brown onion paste.
  9. It's 1 cup of beaten curd.
  10. It's 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of red chilli paste / schezwan paste.
  12. It's 2-3 cups of water.
  13. It's 2-3 of bay leaves.
  14. You need 4-5 tbsp of oil.
  15. You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
  16. Prepare 1 cup of chopped mint-coriander leaves.

Mutton Korma step by step

  1. In a pressure cooker add the mutton pieces, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tspn haldi,dhaniya salt & garam masala powder. Add water & cook the mutton for atleast 5-6 whistles & meat is tender..
  2. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl add the onion paste, tomato puree, sezwan paste & curd and beat to smooth paste.
  3. In a vessel heat oil. Add bay leaves. Add remaining ginger-garlic paste, masalas & cook for few seconds. Add the curd paste. Cook for few minutes & add the boiled mutton. Cover & cook for few minutes. Add ghee & chopped mint coriander leaves. Check for salt. Serve hot with zeera rice.
