Ingredients of Instant Veg Uttapam
- You need of semolina (suji).
- It's of curd/yoghurt (dahi).
- It's of all purpose flour (maida).
- It's of baking powder.
- You need of water.
- Prepare of chopped onion.
- Prepare of chopped tomatoes.
- Prepare of chopped capsicum.
- Prepare of chopped coriander.
- Prepare of coriander powder.
- You need of red chilli powder.
- You need of tomato ketchup/pizza sauce.
- You need of salt as per taste.
- It's of oil/butter for greasing pan.
Instant Veg Uttapam step by step
- Take a bowl, add semolina, curd, all purpose flour and salt to it....mix them together to form a batter...adjst the consistency of batter by adding water to it....the batter should not be too runny nor too thick......keep the uttapam batter aside for 10 mins.
- Take another bowl...add all the chopped vegetables, spices, ketchup and salt and mix them together.
- Now take the uttapam batter and add baking powder to it and mix it nicely.
- The uttapam batter is prepared and now we'll start making our uttapam.
- So, take a pan, heat it and grease it with some oil/butter and then pour a little quantity of batter in the middle of the pan and then add about 3-4 tbsp of the vegetable mixer on the top of poured batter and slightly press and spread them into the batter.
- Cover the lid of the pan and cook the uttapam for 5 mins on medium-high heat.
- After 5 mins remove the lid and flip the uttapam and cook the another side also for 5 mins.
- Ur uttapam is ready to serve and eat.
