Ingredients of Instant Veg Uttapam

  1. You need of semolina (suji).
  2. It's of curd/yoghurt (dahi).
  3. It's of all purpose flour (maida).
  4. It's of baking powder.
  5. You need of water.
  6. Prepare of chopped onion.
  7. Prepare of chopped tomatoes.
  8. Prepare of chopped capsicum.
  9. Prepare of chopped coriander.
  10. Prepare of coriander powder.
  11. You need of red chilli powder.
  12. You need of tomato ketchup/pizza sauce.
  13. You need of salt as per taste.
  14. It's of oil/butter for greasing pan.

Instant Veg Uttapam step by step

  1. Take a bowl, add semolina, curd, all purpose flour and salt to it....mix them together to form a batter...adjst the consistency of batter by adding water to it....the batter should not be too runny nor too thick......keep the uttapam batter aside for 10 mins.
  2. Take another bowl...add all the chopped vegetables, spices, ketchup and salt and mix them together.
  3. Now take the uttapam batter and add baking powder to it and mix it nicely.
  4. The uttapam batter is prepared and now we'll start making our uttapam.
  5. So, take a pan, heat it and grease it with some oil/butter and then pour a little quantity of batter in the middle of the pan and then add about 3-4 tbsp of the vegetable mixer on the top of poured batter and slightly press and spread them into the batter.
  6. Cover the lid of the pan and cook the uttapam for 5 mins on medium-high heat.
  7. After 5 mins remove the lid and flip the uttapam and cook the another side also for 5 mins.
  8. Ur uttapam is ready to serve and eat.
