Khoya gujiya instructions
- To make the dough add ghee in the flour and gently rub with both hands for 10mins or until the ghee mixed with flour..
- Slowly add water into the flour and mix it into a medium dough cut the dough into small pieces and cover it with a Muslin cloth.
- Mean while dry roost sooji in a kadai and low flame until it gets a light brown colour.
- Once cooled add the remaining ingredients add mix it well.
- Now roll the cut the flour dough in small puri like shape and stuff with stuffing.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the purukyas until it become light golden colour.
