  1. First take fresh curd in a bowl & blend it with a spoon..
  2. Grate cucumber & carrot..
  3. Add grated cucumber & carrot into curd & mix well..
  4. Add salt..
  5. Make tadka for raita, so heat the small pan take 1 spoon oil when oil is heated put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry patta & green chilli..
  6. Then turn above tadka in a curd bowl..
  7. Add chopped corrainder leaves & mix well & serve..
