- You need 1/2 kg of mutton.
- You need 2 of Small onion finely chopped in slise.
- You need 1 of Tomato finely chopped.
- It's 1 tbsp of jeera.

- You need 1 of Cinnamon sticks.
- You need 3 of Bay leaf.
- You need 3-4 of Black pepper.
- You need 1 of Black cardamom.
- Prepare 3 of Cardmom.

- You need 4 Tablespoons of Mutton Korma masala.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of coriander powder.
- You need 3 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
- You need To taste of Salt as taste.
- It's Handful of coriander leaves finely chopped.
- You need Handful of mint leaves finely chopped.
- It's 4 of Green chilli.
- It's 1/2 Cup of yogurt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Oil.
- It's of Ghee / butter 4 Tablespoone.
Mutton Shahi Korma instructions
- Add oil and ghee / butter in pressure cooker.
- After oil and ghee / butter heat add onion and fry until is change colour nice golden.
- Add all garam masala fry for a minute on low heat.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add all powder masala and fry for a minute and add yogurt and tomato fry for 2 minutes adding with a salt.
- Now add green chilli, coriander, and mint.
- Now add mutton and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now lock the pressure cooker and get 3-4 whistle on low flame.
- After 3 - 4 whistle aur Shahi mutton Korma is reddy.
- Now serve.
