- Heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add ginger, onion, green chilli. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium-high flame..
- Add sliced tomatoes,cook it for 2 minutes on medium high flame till tomatoes soft.Turn off the flame.Lets it cool down..

- For tadka-Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan, add 1 pinch hing cumin seeds when crackles, add tomato-onion puree. Mix it well..
- Add 1/2 tsp garam masala,1/2tsp red chilli powder,1/2tsp salt or salt to taste. Mix it well, cook on medium-high flame for 5 minutes.
