  1. You need of For Sugar Syrup.
  2. You need 1 Cup of Sugar.
  3. You need 2 cups of Water.
  4. It's 1 : 2 of Sugar : Water ratio.
  5. It's of Other Ingredients.
  6. You need 1 cup of Rice Flour.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of All Purpose Flour / Maida.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
  9. Prepare As required of tspGhee / Oil – for kneading.

Rasgulla (rice flour) instructions

  1. In a heating pan, take of Sugar and to that add of Water mix well and allow it to boil on low flame for 8 to 10 Min...add a small piece of lemon to better taste....
  2. In a bowl add Rice flour, maida, baking powder start kneeding...
  3. Keep on adding Ghee or Oil while kneading, if dough sticks to the hands...make a smooth dough..To make some colourful rasgulla just add food colour and make the dough....
  4. Once dough leaves it stickiness, grease your hands with Ghee or Oil and start making small round and cylindrical Rasgulla.
  5. 5. Now add all the Rasgullas to the Sugar syrup and boil until Rasgullas get soft and fluffy.
  6. 6. Press and check the Rasgullas before turning off the flame.Once done allow it to cool down completely and keep in fridge and serve cold..
