- It's 1/2 cup of maida(all purpose flour).

- Take maida in a bowl, add sum ajwain, salt and 3 tsp of oil and Knead it into a stiff dough. Cover it with a samp cloth and keep it aside for half and hour..
- Shread the potato with a shreadder first. Now for the filling, heat oil in a pan, splutter sum mustard seeds and add shredded potato, onion, green chillies and capsicum cut into small pieces into it, fry it till halfway. Now add shredded chicken into it and cook it agn fr 2 to 3 mins. Now off the flame and add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup into it mix it and keep it aside..
- Take a small bowl, add 1 tsp of maida and add 1 tbsp of water in it to make a paste like batter for pasting edges. Now make balls out of the dough, as shown in the image. Roll it thin and cut into rectangular shape. Cut the edges and keep it aside. Put the filling on the upper portion and roll it halfway as shown..
- Now cut the lower portion as shown and roll it gently. Bring it in a c shape. Apply maida paste solution on bth the edges and stick it out. Now take a side and stick it to the edges so dat the samosa gets sealed up properly. Make samosas from the rest of the balls in the same way..
- Now heat sum oil in a pan and fry thm all in a medium flame for 7 to 10 mins and thy r ready to serve with any ketchup of ur choice..
