Ingredients of Egg Appam

  1. Prepare 2 Cups of Rice (soaked night).
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of Methi Seeds (soaked with rice).
  3. Prepare 1 Cup of Cooked Rice.
  4. Prepare 1 Cup of Fresh Grated Coconut.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Soda Bicarbonates.
  6. It's 1 tsp of Sugar.
  7. You need to taste of Salt.
  8. It's 1 of Egg.

Egg Appam step by step

  1. Grind soaked rice with coconut.
  2. Add cooked rice and grind again.
  3. Let it be little thick paste.
  4. Let it sit for 4 hrs.
  5. In a bowl add 4 tbsp appam batter with soda bicarbonates.
  6. Add salt,sugar and little water if it's too thick and keep aside for 15 mins.
  7. Heat appam pan swipe little oil and pour 1 tbsp batter and stir the pan round so that the appam take it's shape,break the egg in the center of the appam.
  8. Cover it let cook for 5 mins.
  9. Spongy appam is ready..
