Ingredients of Egg Appam
- Prepare 2 Cups of Rice (soaked night).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Methi Seeds (soaked with rice).
- Prepare 1 Cup of Cooked Rice.
- Prepare 1 Cup of Fresh Grated Coconut.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Soda Bicarbonates.
- It's 1 tsp of Sugar.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 of Egg.
Egg Appam step by step
- Grind soaked rice with coconut.
- Add cooked rice and grind again.
- Let it be little thick paste.
- Let it sit for 4 hrs.
- In a bowl add 4 tbsp appam batter with soda bicarbonates.
- Add salt,sugar and little water if it's too thick and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Heat appam pan swipe little oil and pour 1 tbsp batter and stir the pan round so that the appam take it's shape,break the egg in the center of the appam.
- Cover it let cook for 5 mins.
- Spongy appam is ready..
