- Now take another pan put oil to the pan now put peeled eggs to the boiled oil add turmeric powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder and salt mix well and fry the eggs well and keep aside. Now put strained rice to the masala kadhai spread biriyani masala,ghee, saffron soaked milk, chopped coriander leaves,and fried eggs and fried onions add more milk if needed cover with the lid and keep it for ten minutes more. then switch off the flame and keep more time to the oven..
