  4. Apply little water on the edges. Now fold from down part and another from the adjacent side. Remember donot fold the upper side. Seal the edges properly so dat it doesn't opens up. Now cut the sides into 5 equal parts as shown in the image below. And fold the strands in an alternate way. It will finally look like in the second pic.   5. Now heat the oil in a pan for frying. Once the oil is hot lower it and fry them till golden brown and crispy. Fry them min. till 5 to 7 mins in a low flame and you are ready to serve. Serve it with any dip or sauce of your choice.
