- It's of Bottle gourd/ lauki.
- It's of Onions.
- Prepare of Tomatoes.
- It's of Ginger paste.
- You need of Turmeric powder.
- You need of Green chilli.
- Prepare of Red chilli powder.
- It's of Salt.
- It's of Oil.
- Prepare of Chopped coriander leaves.
Stuffed bottle gourd instructions
- Peel two small pieces of bottle gourd and scoop out from centre to make a hole lengthwise..
- Grind onion, tomatoes, ginger, green chilli in a grinder. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder in it and mix well..
- Now fill this stuffing mixture in bottle gourd..
- Take a flat surface pan and heat oil in that, place these stuffed bottle gourds in it and pour extra stuffing material on these bottle gourds then cover it with a lid..
- Change sides of the bottle gourds after few mins so as to fry these from all sides..
- It will take almost one hour to cook..
- Note: flame should be very low to cook it from inner side too..
- Serve after garnishing with chopped coriander leaves..
