  1. Mix above ingredients and make a hard dough and keep the dough for rest so that it become easy to use the dough.
  2. In a pan cook the Koya properly until it releases fat and become bit brown on other hand fry suji with little ghee till it gives good colour now mix Khoya, suji and sugar powder, elaichi powder, cashew, desiccated coconut, and pista and mix all together and make good stuffing.
  3. Now take small ball from the dough and roll it in roti shape and fill the stuffing in the middle and close all the side with the help of little water and press it with foke to give a Gujiya design and keep aside.
  4. Now heat fry Pan with oil when oil get heated then deep fry all the gujiya in medium flame fry them until all gujiya get crispy golden brown in colour now take out gujiya and serve it.
