Ingredients of Jaggery panjiri
- You need 1 cup of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of desi ghee(can take little more).
- It's 1/2 cup of jaggery (Powered /grated).
- You need 1 tsp of soaf(fennel seeds).
- It's 1/4 tsp of dry ginger powder.
- It's 10-12 of Almonds chopped.

- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom wok. Add wheat flour. Roast it on low flame. Stir continuesly..

- When the flour turned brown and smells aromatic.add jaggery powder, mix it well. Turn off the flame. Stir continuesly..
