- Boil milk till it reduces to 1/4 of the quantity by adding sugar. Add kesar and cardamom powder..
- Take boiled rice and add ghee in a pan and add rice to it..
- Add jaggery to it and mix well, once jaggery melts and mixes well cook till the rice and jaggery mix well and is dry..
- Add almonds and mix well..
- Place the rice in a plate with help of any mould and pour rabdi on that and garnish with dryfruits..
