- You need 500 gm of chicken.
- It's 2-3 of finely chopped onions.
- It's 2-3 of finely chopped tomatoes or tomato paste.
- You need 2 of Bay leaves.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of jeera / cumin.
- It's 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2 of green chillies chopped.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala powder.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need of For Marination.
- You need 2 (3 spoons) of yougurt.
- It's 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of tandoori Masala powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Haldi / turmeric.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 of lemon.
Chicken Bhuna Masala instructions
- For Marination.. Take a glass Bowl. Now put yoghurt. Now add all masalas. And add Chicken and mix well. Keep this for Marination for about an hour..
- Now for masala..Take one Kadai. Add oil or ghee as per your choice. Put jeera and bay leaves. Let it crackle. Now add chopped onions. Saute till turns pink..
- Now add Ginger garlic paste. And saute for another two three mins..
- Now add garam masala, coriander powder, Haldi, Red Chilli Powder and salt and mix well..
- Now saute this for two three mins on low flame. Now add marinated chicken into this and mix well till it leaves oil or ghee..
- When this leaves oil add tomatoes or tomato puree. And again mix well..
- A gain saute till water gets dried up..
- Add little water say about half a cup and cover for about 5 mins till it gets cooked. Since its ghuma masala it shouldn't be watery..
- Now this chicken is ready to serve with hot naan or roti or chappati..
