  6. In a kadhai add 2 teaspoon ghee..
  7. Add ginger garlic paste..

  9. Cook it for another 2 minutes.Now add roasted gram flour.mix it well..
  10. Add brown onion paste and Soya mince in a mixe and make a smooth paste..
  11. In a bowl add cooked Soya with brown onions paste..
  12. Add red chilli powder,salt, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder and mace powder..
  13. Add 2 drops kewra water..
  14. Mix it well..
  15. Divide the mixture into equal portions..
  16. And give them shape like kebab..
  17. Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat..
  18. Add ghee on it..
  19. And shallow fry the kebabs till golden brown..
  20. Serve hot with onion rings lemon and hung curd..
