- Prepare 2 teaspoon of brown onion paste.

- It's 1/2 tsp of mace powder.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of green cardamom powder.

- Soak Soya Keema in water for 5 minutes..
- Then squeeze it from water..
- Keep it aside..
- Fry onion sliced till golden brown, cool it..
- Then in a grinder paste the fried onions.your brown onion paste is ready..
- In a kadhai add 2 teaspoon ghee..
- Add ginger garlic paste..
- Cook it for 1 minute then add soaked Soya mince..
- Cook it for another 2 minutes.Now add roasted gram flour.mix it well..
- Add brown onion paste and Soya mince in a mixe and make a smooth paste..
- In a bowl add cooked Soya with brown onions paste..
- Add red chilli powder,salt, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder and mace powder..
- Add 2 drops kewra water..
- Mix it well..
- Divide the mixture into equal portions..
- And give them shape like kebab..
- Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat..
- Add ghee on it..
- And shallow fry the kebabs till golden brown..
