- Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves and black pepper corn and cloves and saute for 1 min. Add Cumin seeds and cook for till change the colour..
- Add Turmeric powder, cooriander powder, red chilli powder, fennel powder, kashmiri mirch, meat masala, ginger garlic powder and cinnamon powder mix it well..
- Add Chopped onion and fry till they turn golden brown nice colour.
- When onion cooked add tomato paste and cook for 10 mins..
- Make a paste of Tomato, green chilli, ginger and garlic.
