- Haet oil in a kadai.
- Add bay leaves, cumin seeds black pepper, cloves, raost the same for 1min,.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, fennel powder, kashiri mirch, meat masala, ginger garlic powder, cinnamon powder and mix it well and saute 1/2 min.
- Add chopped Onion and cook for 2-3mins.
- Make a paste of tomato, ginger garlic and green chilli.
- Now add the Tomato paste.
