Ingredients of Coconut Ladoo
- It's 2 cups of grated coconut.
- It's 1/2 cup of sugar.
- It's 7-8 of cashewnuts broken.
- You need 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ghee.
Coconut Ladoo instructions
- Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Add cashewnut and fry till golden. Remove it to a plate and keep aside..
- To the same pan add grated coconut and saute it for few seconds over a low flame. Then add sugar, mix well and cook for few minutes or until the mixture turns slightly sticky and starts to bind with itself..
- Turn off the flame. Add cardamom powder, cashewnut and mix well. Let the mixture cool down slightly..
- Now grease your palms with some ghee. Take small portions of the coconut mixture, roll between your palms and shape them into round balls/ ladoos of your choice..
- Serve the coconut ladoos straight away or refrigerate and serve them later..
