Ingredients of Mutter Samosa

  1. You need 100 grams of Mutter/peas.
  2. Prepare 4 of Potatoes.
  3. Prepare 4 of Green chillies.
  4. It's 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
  5. It's as per taste of Salt.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of Fresh Coriander.
  7. It's 1 tsp of Fennel seeds/ Saunf.
  8. You need 6 of Mint leaves.
  9. It's as required of Oil for frying.
  10. You need 250 grams of Maida.
  11. It's 1 tbsp of Cornflour.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Ajwain/Jeera.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of Ghee.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  16. Prepare 1 tsp of Amchur powder.

Mutter Samosa step by step

  1. Heat a pan on the flame when heated then add water and bring it to a boil, then add peas, salt and pinch of sugar. After 2 mins turn off the flame and drain the water out from the peas and let it cool down on a cotton cloth and then cover it for some time, after that press it lightly with a rolling pin and crumble it, then transfer it to a pan. Mix the boiled potatoes salt, ginger and chilli paste, garam masala, saunf powder, salt coriander, mint leaves, peas and chopped onions..
  2. Mix it all very well then add amchur powder and take another pan to make a dough from maida, keep it aside for 10 minutes. Then make rotis out of the dough and semi cook it..
  3. Cut it into half and stuff the mixture in the roti and fold it like a samosa shape..
  4. Heat a pan, add oil and fry the Samos until it becomes crispy and it's colour turns into golden brown. Transfer it to a plate and serve it with sauce or green chilli chutney..
