- Now heat ghee in a pan. Crush jaggery and add in pan. Add 2 teaspoon water and stir continuously till jaggery dissolves completely..
- Do water test of dissolved jaggery by putting two drops of mixture in a cup filled with water. If jaggery comes up lumpy it mens mixture is ready. Add crushed peanuts and stir till peanuts mix well in jaggery. Switch off the flame..
- Now grease a baking dish and put this mixture in it and spread it with the help of spetula..
- After 5 minutes Mark it with a knife in desired shape..
