- Prepare 500 gm of chicken.
- Prepare 100 gm of yogurt.
- It's 3 of medium sized onion chopped.
- You need 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of kashmiri red chilli powder.
- It's 4 of green chillies chopped.
- You need 7 of garlic cloves paste.
- It's 1.5 teaspoon of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- You need 1/2 cup of coriander leaves chopped.
- It's 4 of green cardamom.
- Prepare 4 of cloves.
- You need 1 inch of cinnamon stick.
- It's 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of ghee.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
- Prepare as needed of Vegetable oil.
Chicken Bhuna Masala instructions
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt and keep it for 1hour..
- Heat some oil in a wok and add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon..
- Saute it for a while and then add the chopped onions and chopped green chillies. Fry it till the onions are golden brown in colour..
- Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder. Fry it till the masala gets cooked well..
- Add the marinated chicken and some salt. Saute it well..
- Cover it for 20minutes and saute it in between..
- Add some lukewarm water if required..
- After 20minutes check whether the chicken is cooked. If yes, add the black pepper powder, garam masala powder, sugar and coriander leaves. Saute it well..
- Switch off the flame and add the ghee and serve hot..
