1. Prepare 1 tin of milkmaid.
2. It's 500 gms of paneer.
3. You need 2 tbsp of dairy whitener.
4. It's 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
5. It's as needed of sliced almonds to garnish.

Instant Kalakand instructions

1. Crumble the paneer coarsely,mix the dairy whitener & milkmaid.
2. Cook the mixture in a heavy bottom pan.
3. Stir continuously on medium heat till it thickens and leaves the sides.
4. Off the flame and spread on a greased dish.
5. Sprinke cardamom powder and sliced almonds.
6. Cool & cut into desired shapes.
