- For gravy--Add 1 tsp oil in pressure cooker crackle heeng and jeera.

- Sprinkle salt, garam masala & pour a glass of water..
- Give them 5 whistles and turn off the flame..
- Open the lid add tamarind pulp add more 1/2 glass water..
- Cook in simmer flame for 6-7 mins & keep aside..
- For samosa--.
- Mix salt in refined flour add warm 2& 1/4 tsp oil in flour..
- Make dough with the help of lukewarm water &cover it for 15 mints..
- Take a pan add oil crackle heeng & jeera.
- Add boil potatoes & green peas both type of salt, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder and coriander powder cook 6-7mnts in simmer flame..
- Sprinkle amchoor powder mix well & cook 1 mnt more..
- Take a small size of dough make poori with the help of rolling pin..
- Cut in the center, spread water in edge make cone stuff aalu mixture..
- Seal them & fry..
- Take a bowl crush samosa pour gravy pour both chutney tangy tamarind & green chutney and sprinkle chopped onions on top and enjoy..
