  1. Firstly take a mixer and powdered separately chidwa, chana, til, badam.
  2. Now grated coconut and gud and keep aside.
  3. Now take a heavy based pan and dry roast wheat bran, chidwa,til, chana, Coconut separately..
  4. When aroma is out and looking little yellow than mix all the things except gud..
  5. When mixture is completely cool than add grated gud.
  6. Panjiri is ready to eat.
  7. You can store this.
