  1. Seive all purpose flour then add baking powder and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar in it and mix it well..

  8. Drop fried balushahi in the sugar syrup and allow them to absorb sugar syrup for 2-5 minutes..
  9. Take it out from the syrup and serve it chilled or hot..
